IT Specialist/Help Desk Support

Reports to:  IT Director

Description:  The IT Specialist performs a variety of computer systems administration and support tasks to include maintenance of IT System User IDs, system security, HELP Desk Management, change documentation, software applications, hardware configuration and communication  devices.  Available for “on-call” duty.  Flexible work location to all MPH locations.


  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Science related field, or equivalent experience
  • IT Help Desk/User Support experience
  • PC Hardware setup and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong Microsoft PC Operating systems/network knowledge
  • Good printer troubleshooting and support
  • Strong communication skills
  • Works well in team environment
  • Organization skills
  • Customer support focus
  • Valid Driver’s License
